The Chef/patron has, to no doubt, the love of his profession and it feels immediately, he does not hesitate to come to meet the customers to chat. two days' passage to knowsac we tested this small village restaurant. incredibly surprised! go there the eyes closed, the simplicity of the staff, and the dishes are incredibly delicious and well done! we really feel that everything is fresh, do home and local!! Thank you for your ultra friendly welcome!! Bravo the chef for his delicious dishes, and bravo madam for your pizza!
