It is well known that monopoly does not push to excellence. Monopoly of the square (plein city center, close theatre), monopoly of time (opening 7 days/7 days), space (large interior and exterior space). The sommelier’s tavern looks like the first glance at a Parisian brewery, it’s actually just the look, it’s not the best, in time. An armada of small apprentices clumsy servers but not necessarily unpleasant, well presented plates and then that’s all. we eat quickly and the next day everything is forgotten. We take a place to feed and no more, meat or fish has what good, no surprise in sight, no emotion. We cross all the notables of the city, and on Sundays noon it is good to show its frigid and weave the moustache. Tourists are rushing in numbers, but they really have the choice, here it turbines like they say in the trade! The addition remains salty even for a tgv formula, a routine « mortal » seems to settle in this restaurant that deserves better.For a lunch break in the summer you cannot escape, the monopoly is sacred!

Very appreciable to be able to dine on tulle past 9:00! So I don't count my number of visits to this restaurant anymore. After having been very deciduous at a meal one night of mother-of-pearl (exorbitant rate, chain work, frozen in series, just horror tonight), the hotel has improved well, and it is pleasant to have lunch out of event. the beef tartar of this noon was tasty, the fries are not home but nevertheless mellow, the veal head would ask for a little more quantity. the staff is overall nice, especially for servers with a little bottle and so experience. for apprentices (and they are many), let's be indulgent, there's everything ... modern and very pleasant interior frame, just a shame having stuck a table not very far from the electric hand dryer (we can't get along as soon as it is activated!). otherwise this establishment is a classic of the city, and deserves its fame.

It is of good taste to be seen at this address. the card is diversified the plates are correct. service is of quality. However, it is necessary to be quick and effective which causes the commercial heat that we expect from a brewery. The alleviating rates in 1st reading climb fast.

classic industrial food, service correct decoration genre chic brewery,. with bottles dranked by famous people in other places because obviously no one will ever put feet in this place.To the merit of being open while all others are closed.
