Absolutely disappointing! This was my first and last visit to this restaurant. We opted for lunch from their “dinner” menu, ordering the fish tacos and shrimp tacos. The food was subpar and the presentation was lackluster. Given the price we paid, it would have been nice to have chips and salsa included with our meal. We were shocked to see on our bill that we were charged $10 for two iced teas. When I pulled our server aside to express our disappointment and mention the tea charge, her only response was, “Iced teas are $5 each,” delivered with a complete lack of concern. I was here to get dinner with my girlfriend and I ordered a chicken burrito. It was more like a wrap than a burrito. It was nothing but full of lettuce. Tasteless, old chicken. It was absolutely disgusting and the second I took a bite, I couldn't swallow it. When I told the waitress about this, she got the manager, but neither of them would do anything about it like reimburse me or get me a different meal. Just absolutely horrible customer service. Then after being told that we would not receive a different meal or be reimbursed, they were very rude to us. Horrible food, horrible service. Honestly, really good. We ordered birria pizza, steak burrito and coconut shrimp tacos on a Tuesday night after 6pm. Amazing. Birria pizza came with a dipping sauce that was soooo good. The food is absolutely delicious. The staff is not only friendly but also highly professional. We experienced excellent service at reasonable prices. My wife and I always end up needing take-home boxes due to the generous portion sizes. We will definitely be returning soon! Food rating: 5/5
