La Terrasse Provencale

After walking round Collobrieres on a very hot June afternoon, we came upon the small square in which there are two adjacent restaurants, this one having no customers at all, at 12.30pm! Since the other one looked packed, and we wanted to be served quickly, we opted for La Terrace Provencale. Madame could not have been more helpful. We just wanted a simple salad, not specifically anything off the menu, and she duly obliged by listing every ingredient in-stock. So we each had a lovely large plate of fresh cold cuts within a few minutes €18 each). With a large beer €5) and half a litre of rosé €10), a slice of apricot tarte €6) and two coffees at €3, the total bill came to a very reasonable €4...

We had dinner as a family in this lovely restaurant in the beautiful village of Collobrieres. We had a nice table outside which enabled us to enjoy the warm evening. The owner and staff were super friendly and we had a very nice meal. There were plenty of food options (including for the kids) and the menus were really good value. We would definitely go back.

We have been here many times for lunch and dinner. In colder weather the inside is charming or in sunshine the patio is a great spot. The owners are friendly, the service is good. Very good provincial menu. Enjoy!

Went for lunch after the Chartreuse de la Verne visit. Not to many guests at this period of the year which is much better than the high season. Service and food were excellent,as usual huge portion....

We have been visiting this restaurant for nearly 10 years . The food is first class and the service is very friendly.
