the brewery is beautifully decorated and the welcome is warm. but the appeal of this brewery is the originality of the dishes offered. Chickens with spices, nuremberg sausages or burger with cheddar see burger of the moment (at the chef's fantasy) everything is fresh and cooked home. but the chef or the chef (in this case) cooks accurately with quality products. Small bar/resto just in front of the Salpetre which offers a tasty and fresh cuisine with balanced flavors on site or to take away. Everything's home and it feels right away! Many choices of burgers and very original salads (special mention for the pork burger and delicious fries). The very good boss and the little ones. Super decor, expo, cocktails, relaxed atmosphere. Anyway, not to miss!

warm and friendly welcome.Superb small card. The salads made are original, well cooked, (with a delicious sauce), a real delight that we never have!!! found nowhere. The dishes offered are perfect, the quality products with a search in originality, all being very well balanced. a do and redo without moderation!For us, a real enchantment, we miss testing the tapas of the evening.
