La Théière Apprivoisée

First brunch here this morning at 11am and really not disappointed! The juices are organic and especially French! The hot chocolate is worthy of the great Parisian tea salons and the range of teas offered is simply amazing! We tasted the Vahiné tea with vanilla and almonds and it was just sumptuous. The meal was hearty, we had a coral lentil soup, a sweet pine salad and apple cheese and a chicken and a mustard cake as well as bacon. On a sweet plate a chocolate cream a clafoutis of pears and two pancakes. The price of brunch is €22, a very reasonable price compared to its value for money and compared to a Parisian brunch. I came three times to lunch. The boss is discreet and she cooks wonderfully well. All tasted dishes were good, fresh and beautiful, everything is homemade but it is not roborative, some more substantial portions would be welcome. The teas and infusions offered are varied and tasteful. I enjoyed being able to buy quality tea to take away all the more because in Carrières-Sur-Seine it’s hard to find!

After waiting for the opening of a tea room for a long time in Carrieres. I was looking forward to a friendly moment. What a pity .... a reception more than a means by the official who seemed unmotivated. Cold and unattractive atmosphere, unfortunately no identity emerges from this tea room that looks more like a company canteen than anything else.

We had lunch with colleagues in this little tea room and we had a great time! Both owners are very nice, the map is very attractive and the dishes are great! Few choices because fresh products and this is very appreciable. It's all homemade in your eyes. I recommend 100%!!! Reserva una mesa ahora
