Terrible food! Terrible service! My daughter couldn't even finish her first bite of the awful mac and cheese! How can you mess up something so simple? Every time we've dined here, we tried different dishes, and they were all disappointing. They should be ashamed of serving such inedible food. And the service? Unbelievable! Shame on them! My daughter enjoys the macarons, but aside from that, everything was just terrible! Don’t waste your time or money! I would have given no stars if the system allowed it; negative stars would be more fitting.

I hadn’t visited this location in years and decided to try their takeout for dinner. I ordered the garlic pommes frites, but I was disappointed with this choice. The fries were soggy, and some pieces were hard as if they had been sitting out all day. It was not what I expected. The sandwich I got, named the Pho-ggie, was also disappointing. It was soaked in some liquid, and I’m not sure why it’s called "Pho," as nothing about it tasted like I thought it would. Overall, I was let down and won’t be returning for a long time.

Who is your distributor for La Tour Japanese Bread? It’s made in Hawaii, but it’s sold defrosted after being frozen. The bread is drier than normal, and you can see the holes caused by the ice during the thawing process. Please consider either reducing production for your distributor or lowering the retail price. Baked goods from Hawaii should be fresh!

I'm usually not a fan of macarons but they made me a fan. Wow. Seriously the macarons were absolutely delicious. I had French Dip Sandwich. This place was so good. Also had double Ragu hamburger. Friendly service. The k o u i g n amann pastry was so good. Very happy with everything about this place. Will be coming back very often.

Always a good filling French dip lunch! Love this place. Service always great and the food is always fresh and fast no matter how busy it gets, they keep it moving! Can't forget to take home some macaroons!!!
