We booked a table of three for the evening, asking for frog thighs (regional product). The restaurant manager asks his Chefs if possible and for how many parts. By asking me how many parts I thought I was direct that they're going to get some thighs out of the freezer. In short, we arrive, impeccable reception and similar service. Inputs, nothing to say and desserts. It sees, everything is done home or almost. On the other hand large flat on hot dishes: the frog thighs without any seasoning, the garlic almost insignificant and above all a beautiful coloration of the thighs but boiled. Either they have been too stuffed and dives into the fat not hot enough or simply, they have been disgusted...
