We were happy again for you on a discovery tour. This time the road led us to St. Ingbert, one of the best 'Italiners' in Saarland, La Trattoria del Postillione. The restaurant is very loving and detailed on the inside and outside without having to look cheesy. The garden serves outdoor dining in summer. Just as much work and heart blood as in the "Drumherum" is also invested in food and you taste it! It is produced as much as possible. Pasta and bread are also homemade. Sensationelles Restaurant! Wir wurden im Juli 2023 von Geschäftspartnern hier zum Essen eingeladen. Nicht zu vergleichen mit 0815-Italienern, bei denen es nur Pizza und Pasta gibt. Es ist auf jeden Fall ein wenig spezieller. Überschaubare Karte mit tollem Essen und guter Getränkeauswahl, großartiges Ambiente in einem alten Bahnhofsgebäude. Der Chef überzeugt mit Charme und Witz. Alles in allem war es wirklich super. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
Ich habe mich gefühlt, wie in Italien. Man muss das ganze erst mal wirken lassen. Der Chef hat das Essen an den Tisch gebracht und sich mit den Gästen unterhalten. Alles sehr positiv und seine Frau im Servic super nett. Das Essen lecker und frisch. Wer hier nach überbackenen Nudeln und Pizza sucht sollte sich vorher informieren,denn so ein Italiener ist es nicht. Sondern was besonderes. Komme gerne wieder. Food: 4
We had a lovely dinner here where the chef prepared for us fantastic Italian food which tasted delicious! We enjoyed the mushroom pasta and the selection of several desserts especially.The garden was a delight as was the indoors area with a lovely atmosphere. The staff...were attentive and helpful.We will be back!

Also wir können die guten Bewertungen leider nicht teilen. Die Fleischgerichte waren das Einzige, was uns bei diesem Abendessen gefallen hat. super Italian restaurant! we have eaten there for our jubilee. everything was perfect. the cordial reception by the chef who serves and is always present to see if everything is going well. the dishes were delicious and the wee carefully selected. we're coming back, I promise!
By far the best address in St.Ingbert. Varied and very fine food. The ambience is exceptional, pleasant and dreamy. Another highlight is the very accommodating operation.
