La Vacca - Reservar una mesa

Cancellation of my reservation 1 hour before and after I drove 1.5 hours from Zurich, just to say in a very rude email that I should check the weather and cable car status before arrival. Here is an idea, maybe you should inform your customers about the caves along with a cable car status link in your reservation. In this way, people can avoid getting time on the road unnecessary to you. Overall the most terrible and rude answer email I ever got from her manager

The restaurant was very good looking and the food was very good. The service of the other side was very bad. The waitress was stressed and angry. She was very rude. She ruined our holiday mood, but the food was still quite delicious.

I’ve been going to La Vacca for years. It’s all about steak and red wine around the fire in a teepee that seems several times larger inside than out. It’s not cheap, even by Swiss standards, but it’s great.

Absolutely best on mountain restaurant experience. Great meat and wine in a tipi with one for in the center!
