I haven't returned to La vieux Auberge for at least 12 years. Apart from the old-fashioned, disgust, bad taste, which has not changed, we now deal with a real gourmet restaurant. Very balanced map with real choices and a plate well above promises. The fish is cooked to perfection, the dish is erect very nicely. Very appetizing beef meat, with original trim and good alaw presentation. The wine map is judicious and reasonable in price; rarer yet, glass wine served at the right temperature. Very professional service with a man who has an eye everywhere, is very pleasant and knows how to receive. The menu at 35€ is the best compromise: it takes the dishes of the map (without too many supplements...
Séjour parfait dans cette vieille mais belle maison au calme, agencée avec goût. La chambre (nous avions la plus grande était superbe : spacieuse, lumineuse, avec tout le confort voulu. Propreté impeccable. Petit déjeuner au top avec des produits maison et plein de petites attentions de la part de Sabine (fruits, crêpes... . Une cuisine avec frigos est mise à disposition des clients. Les propriétaires sont sympathiques et prévenants, et sont attachés au bien être des gens qu 'ils accueillent. Parking sans problème au sein de la propriété. Nous recommandons ce point de chute idéal pour visiter les châteaux de la Loire, sans oublier celui de Cheverny ! Des Annéciens.
We went here as part of a large group. The menu was set I don't know whether someone from the group chose the dishes for the lunch or if it was a set menu by restaurant. The food was very good and there was...lots of it. My favourite was an asparagus mousse. This is traditional French food prepared very well. We had one waitress for our party of about people. She was extremely efficient, pleasant and unobtrusive and served all courses in a timely manner a few waiters in star restaurants could take lessons from her. If in this part of the country this place is certainly worth a visit and if I return to France I will be back!
Terrible food. Purée was from powder in a box, white pudding was burnt, starter included mushrooms straight from a can floating in some sort of sauce that tasted just like Heinz tomato soup... very disappointing. Cheap though but what we ate was really not worth...the euros we paid each... broke my heart as the waitress was super lovely and caring... the chef clearly doesn’t care much about what he puts on your plate anymore...

Classics developed and reworked without pretention. Good or very good, but some desserts can disappoint. Very good staff, a little overanimated.
restaurant closes and to cause. the building has become a house. Don't break your nose on the door.
Accueil impeccable. Locaux très fonctionnels calme garantis. Je recommande les petits déjeuners !
Mean dishes, not seasoned (similar), tasteless broth, cold but good lemon pie. Disappointing.
