Nice discovery. A restaurant in a beautiful house with high ceilings. The decoration is simple. More beautiful tables and more beautiful covers would make the meal even more chic and more in agreement with the house. The menus are on bearings that we come to introduce you at the beginning of the meal. The kitchen is good. The dishes are well presented and the service is at the top. Gustative quality: 4* (some lack of balance in the entrance and a main dish that could be higher. The dessert was very good just like the amuse-bouche. Very good bread). Quality of products: 4* Wine: 5* (an excellent quality/price ratio if you like corsed wines) Ambiance: 4* Service: 5* Value: 5*
An address to keep... and share! What a great discovery. A superb building, a very pleasant room, a staff with small care while remaining discreet, and a kitchen with a level of refinement that we did not expect so high. From prelude to dessert, everything was exquisite. Fine flavors but of character, a careful presentation, a pure moment of happiness for a very low addition in view of the benefits: less than 100° to 2 with the wine, we are filled. A huge thank you to the whole team of this beautiful house in which we will return with pleasure during a next visit to Romans.
A gourmet break. In a fancy place. We're having a good time. Special mention for Mojito dessert full of flavor. Only flat be obliged to put salt on all dishes. A good kitchen deserves a sanitation just without having to add it... It's the first time that it happened to us in a restaurant... It's the only aspect that shows otherwise we'd have five everywhere.
I loved the meal at Villa Margot! Fabrice and his team were welcoming, attentive and very friendly. The dishes are beautiful, generous and good. The products are of very good quality. We celebrated our wedding at Villa Margot on 7/10/23. It was simply fabulous, a wine of honour outside, an opportunity to make beautiful pictures, and an exceptional meal! Our guests have been bluffed. Thank you Villa Margot for having participated in the success of our celebrations.
