Beautiful restaurant ,interior very elegant .Modern seating and lighting and designer glasses and plates. We ate here as a group of 5 friends.Very nice menu ( all in French - no English) with two set table d'hote dinners of 3 courses- one @€27 and other @€36 but we chose from à la Carte which had a choice of 3 main meat dishes - entrecôte steak,pork chop or chicken supreme .3 chose steak and 2 chicken but the chicken was off so I took the pork chop and friend chose the prawns from the fish section of the main courses which also had 3 choices .Pork chop was delicious though it had a good bit of fat on it I asked for chips instead of yams which were to be served with it and this wasn't a probl...

Fine dining in a beautifully renovated stone building in the Medieval city of Langres. We were expecting good food based on some of the previous reviews we read before arriving, but the quality surpassed what I expected. This is one of the best meals I have had outside of Paris. We ordered two separate menus for lunch, both were exceptional so I don't think it was a fluke. Scenic tables available under the shade of trees with breathtaking view atop the Langres plateau. I would highly recommend detouring to eat here for dinner or lunch if you are on the autoroute and if you live local, you owe it to yourself to make a new discovery. An incredible villa on a celestial setting. A success at all levels for entries, dishes and desserts Delicious entries: Tomatoes with pesto, burrata and parmesan. 12 Stairs of Burgundy with parsley butter, marinated in Chablis. A tender dish and succulent to seasonal vegetables: the Beef Confit accompanied by its vegetables. And a transcendent dessert: The pleasure of summer, sandy biscuit, mascarpone cream, fresh mint and seasonal fruit The service was very welcoming, managers are very kind, I highly recommend.

The visit of Langres started well with a lunch at Villa Vauban. Beautiful terrace at the back of the villa, menu of the noon, entrance, dish, good dessert, quick and friendly service.
