I have visited la vita numerous times and try to support local businesses but after today we will not be going back. Today as a family we visited la vina for dinner, I ordered a meat feast pizza, what arrived was a chicken and ham. I explained the situation and after the pizza was served to me 10minutes after my family I was told due to covid they could not get certain ingredients(chorizo, chilli and meatballs) I informed them this should have been communicated so I could change my option. There was no apology and the waitress said they would take my starter off the bill not the pizza. I refused this and said the pizza should be taken off! Again no apology just a tut. Children’s menu also no...
Passing this establishment we saw an empty table outside in the sun. We decided to break our walk an enjoy a chilled glass of wine. First visit but definitely won’t be the last. Quickly attended to once we had sat down and ordered our drinks. We were offered a menu which displayed plenty of choices at reasonable prices. We were served by a very pleasant girl who answered all our questions about the menu. Will definitely be back to sample some of the lovely dishes soon. Asked for our bill which was quickly presented for all the tables were taken and the place was busy. Excellent service, excellent prices and an enjoyable hour was spent.
I hope the management read this review. We are here, surrounded by people saying the same thing ….. poor service. There is slow, then there is la Vina slow.. waiting Over 40 minutes for a drink is ridiculous. Drinks ordered from next door arrived quicker. t’s not good business having serving staff ignore you rather than take your order. The staff looked and dirty tables and walked on. Your serve amazing food it really was delicious but the lack of good customer service is off putting. We saw two tables leave rather than wait. You need to invest is training your staff before you lose even more clientele,
Service was extremely slow and waited almost 3 hours for food to arrive and it was quite disappointing and some was under cooked.No heads up was given that the food might take a while to come out and no apologies were given after the very long wait otherwise we may have been more understanding if we had been made aware.The atmosphere was not very welcoming or friendly at all and it seemed like the woman didn't want us there at all and was annoyed by being asked when our food may arrive after we had waited hours.Would not go back or recommend.

The tapas menu was amazing and offered a refreshing change from the usual options. We also appreciated that Asian dishes were part of the menu. Additionally, the inclusion of garlic bread in the tapas special deal was a nice touch. As regular visitors who live in the village, we love La Vina and will definitely return. We had a fantastic time on Saturday night and want to thank Sylvia and the staff for their excellent service.

Visited the neighbouring bar to be explained they had alcohol but no food so La vina worked with them to provide food, which makes perfect sense, order 1 x pizza 1 potatoe dish at 1.15 pm and it arrived at 3.10!! Waitress had a bad attitude, waiting that long is not satisfactory however hats off to the chef.. The food was absolutely gorgeous.
We have just visited La vina for the first time and would like to say it won't be our last we ate from the Taps menu which had lots of choice food came promptly and tasted amazing just to our taste Bar staff were very attentive and our drinks order delivered quickly This restaurant is a little gem
Went for "date night "meal last night. They were extremely busy but made us aware of that and were very apologetic. We had a lovely chilled and relaxed meal with very friendly service. The food was amazing and we will definitely be back.

We ordered four tapas each, which turned out to be too much food. The dishes were delicious and the service was excellent. We would love to dine here again. All of us thoroughly enjoyed our meal and even applauded the chef.
