we chose this brewery for the quick side. We didn't want to spend the afternoon at the table. we took a part of charcuterie and cheese, a sausage and then some other products. We ate well. prices are necessarily more expensive than many tourist places. at that time there were not too many people who allowed us to speak with the staff that was pleasant. I won't be here in the summer. for those who wish to come in times of high affluence, provide a waiting time for the world and a lack of server (different to recruit in this field). )

Passing to Espelette mid-September. Server and waitress at the top! Very pleasant and good advice on local products. Prices are very reasonable for a tourist location. Certainly the local beer is not given really very good!
