We were on Saturday night after booking, we were new. This restaurant in 3 rooms can accommodate about 100 people. There were many 7 servers (ses) attentive to serve customers. The kitchen is refined, the varied menu and 3 menus up to 60 euros. The same dishes are different (in quantity) depending on the menu or menu, I find this a shame.On the map, you are served 6 gambas, although the same entry of the menu at 60 euros contains 4 .the shrimp skewer (2 only). and foie gras is very good but very little consistent. The cheese is available for 4 additional euros: very reasonable price. The restaurant does not make any commercial gesture, despite our frequent reservations ...
Business diner but all guests around the Table chose a set menu, which was great experience.Dishes are well presented, tasty , mix of traditionnal French cuisine and modern plate presentation.Wine list is large and Sommelier was helpfull to make us decide on the wine selection.Recommend a ST VERAN from Collovray & Terrier.
Our 1st of 3 nights in Honfleur we had dinner at L'Absinthe. The set menu of 32 euros was absolutely delicious, really good value and great service. The passion fruit and mango soufflé was so good that we returned for dinner on our 2nd night too! Thoroughly recommend this restaurant.
house well kept (dishwasher and well put tables). Careful and smiling welcome. We took lamb ris to the map, very good and ended with the famous mango passion blown (just a little too sweet) and its excellent ginger ice. The coffee is also very good. a nice moment

Well presented and delicious food. Good ambiance even though we were inside and it was summer. The restaurant was popular and seemed to cater for children as well as sophisticated adults. One of the better restaurants in Honfluer.
Premium food and excellent service in this restaurant. The food is top grade (seafood, fish and meat). Wine are well-chosen and the selection of their cave is for every taste in white and red.
We ate here for our 5th wedding anniversary so were looking for something special. This restaurant really lived up to our expectations. The food was wonderful and the service spot on.
