L'absinthe Du Saut Du Doubs

A big thank you to the owner of the establishment for her welcome, the table service but also for the presentation and visit to her distillery. Indeed we had a very pleasant time during our cousinade in this restaurant, unbeatable value for money with an exceptional setting. We ate local products and had the chance to drink very good quality absinthes but also discovered some fabulous Gin elexir. Thank you again for your welcome, I highly recommend this establishment.

We booked at the last minute and were made to feel very welcome. The Comtoise plate is very generous, fries, salads, cold meats with the added bonus of a piece of Comtoise cheese. Everything was very good and we enjoyed ourselves. The farm's ice creams are excellent. We will come back with pleasure with our little boy. Great welcome and service. We recommend this restaurant. Allow about 10 to 15 minutes of walking before arriving at the restaurant.

Very nice surprise during our visit to the natural site of the Saut du Doubs. Environment particularly enchanting in this small restaurant full of charm and authenticity where it is very pleasant to discover a quality and quality terroir on a pretty sunny terrace.

Elegant and warm staff. They shared a lot of playful information about absinthe. Ideal for testing the 3 recipes of the fountain. Very pleasant terrace with view. Quality of the best dishes, ham is particularly delicious

I found that the price of beer was rather expensive, but the proposal for inclusive lunch was not very expensive. The frame is really beautiful!
