Although the place is far from the known and leaking addresses of the Basque Coast, it is a real discovery. The speciality is the merlu and you must see it to believe it .. the fish is highlighted by a slight butter sauce or Spanish, the accompaniment is made discreet and leaves the fish on the front. The wine map is coming, the service is efficient and the prices are sweet. Anyway, a restaurant that deserves a detour.

We returned to eat in this restaurant that has just been completely renovated and the decoration is beautiful. On the meal side, the fish is fresh and the beef coast is excellent. Not nice! Poor culinary quality and excessive price. Home and non-professional service. Refusal to serve a digestive (after 2 aperitives-entries-plats-desserts-bouteille de vin) as closure of the hotel at 22:10 a Friday evening To avoid, there are better facilities on bayonne and around that deserve to exist
