After my flight into Paris was delayed, I missed my connecting flight and having over hours wait I decided to go to what appeared to be the nicest place in the airport. As soon as I walked in I was completely ignored by every...single member of staff, finally a waiter sat me down, I waited an additional mins for someone to walk by or even acknowledge that I was there, I asked the lady for a bottle of water, she gave me a dirty look and went on to have a conversation with anothe staff member my order was ignored and I waited another mins for the same waiter who sat me down to ask me if I wanted anything to drink. Un endroit cocooning ,à l’aéroport d’Orly ,calme raffiné et intimiste, ce qui n’ est pas évident pour un voyage court qui ne donne pas accès à l’espace international , tout était délicieux , un vrai chocolat tellement gourmand une merveille d’authenticité , une chantilly bien épaisse à la vanille de Madagascar ,un pain perdu au sirop d’érable à fondre de plaisir et vu la qualité ,et l’espace très agréable , A tester sans modération, si on a un temps de libre pour en profiter avant un vol ,tellement plus agréable qu’un espace restauration impersonnel ,bruyant, et pas forcément moins cher et surtout moins qualitatif en goût et respect du produit .Personnellement je ne vais plus hésiter à arriv...
A pastel world and a coffee for This could be an experience. But the staff is very non-chalant. They don't care less and smiling could be too much. The service IS very cold, they chat with each other and give a hate-liked impression. Is...that so boring to work there? Starbucks near by works better. Then there were a very aggressive woman working at Airport service. I hope she will find another job. I mean people just try to do their best and she gets money for it. So it s ok, but if it last point on your trip make it more confortable.

despite the fact that it is sometimes full of clients the staff is doing well their job, with efficiency and good manners. club sandwiches are very good and cooked on site upon request... chocolate used for beverage and pastries is of high quality and strong...in taste. it is a higher budget that an airport sandwixh but of you have time and money it is worth it
Without a doubt, the best macaron in France. There is a tea room next to the store, which offers snacks, coffees, teas. There is a petit-déjuner menu served just right, but at a slightly expensive price. Everything was very well done, with delicacy and care in detail.

They have a huge fame and it’s true that they have nice desserts and macaroons. But definitely paying euros for it and for a normal coffee is abusive.
Stopped at Ladurée for a snack... Asked for the cheese plate... Never saw a smaller plate! for this!
