I was here in June while visiting Mt. Titlis with my parents and family. There were 3 Indian dishes : a vegetable, pao bhaji and one more thing that I did not take. The bhaji in pao bhaji was almost completely watery with almost no viscosity to it. There being few Indian options, I put it in a bowl, took the paos and went for checkout. The cashier was extremely rude. He asked me to empty the contents of the bowl into the plate. I told him it would make everything soggy. I decided to turn back and get something else, but he forced me to stay there and told me to pour it into the plate. I poured some of it, and tried to check out, but he forcibly took the bowl and poured all of it into my plat...
This review refers to the a la carte bar and lounge terrace... Really great setting on a sunny day! Wind protected and with fabulous views on the mountains. The food is very tasty! We visit often, which can make the menu feel a bit limited... Staff is super friendly, and most of the time also quick and attentive. Good offer on wines and champagne. The ambience is sporty, yet laid back and cosy and with a touch of glamour, in a positive way.
This self-service cafeteria and restaurant is located near the Trubsee on Mt. Titlis. It is an easy hike from the gondola transfer station, and has excellent views of the greenery, pond and mountains. The decor is definitely ski lodge paneling. There is plenty of seating. The owners were quite nice and did not mind our waiting out the rain . The coffee was excellent.
