Lovely Sunday lunch. Really enjoyed the Ham terrine and the Hake with Chive butter mash and butter sauce. My crumble was good too and my husband enjoyed the beef. Service was quite slow. We have been coming to Laguna's for years and always enjoy the food. Unfortunately after all these years the men's toilets still smell and there's always flooding. Surely they should have been able to sort that out by now!!!
The experience was excellent, and there were several other dishes on the menu that I would love to try. However, I would recommend visiting on a Friday or Saturday night, as the lively atmosphere in the restaurant and the outdoor bar enhances the overall experience. I can envision that during the week, if the restaurant is busy, it might feel a bit impersonal, especially if many diners are eating alone.
Went here for a afternoon/gentleman’s tea last week and it was absolutely amazing! The food that came with the gentleman’s tea was out of this world. The staff were great very polite and helpful. One of our party was pregnant and the staff couldn’t have been more accommodating with advice on food and making sure it was suitable for someone during pregnancy. Will definitely be going back for round 2!

I come from a family of food enthusiasts, and I love sharing great restaurant experiences with my relatives. So, when I found out that I was in charge of picking a place for Mother's Day this year, I immediately thought of an incredible meal I had at Laguna Kitchen and Bar a few years ago. I quickly made a reservation there.
came here for a date night and our table was taken by the lovely ben who was extremely helpful and kind. food was value for money and arrived promptly after ordering, can't go wrong with the sunday menu, great veggie pescatarian options; drinks were lovely too. would definitely recommend:
The food was really nice. Got in there with the August 50% so was really good deal. Even though only place to sit was the bar, it was still a nice atmosphere. Only thing I would say is there should be more lighting in the room.
