We have had very good fish at other restaurants in the area and we go to Italy once or twice every year. This restaurant is no substitute for going to Italy. It will give no “Lust auf Italien”. On the contrary. The food is mediocre...and not like in Italy. The pasta dish, they serve pasta as main dishes here, was way to acid. Probably caused by very cheap bad quality canned tomatoes. The main, a scampi dish, was way to salty. You couldn’t feel the taste of the scampi or the other ingredients. We very much enjoyed our pasta meal, but we also enjoyed the personalities of the staff. It is a good sign when the staff all came out and had a meal of their own food while watching the game too. This is a great place to eat, to visit, and to socialize.
