L'aiglon - Reserva de mesa

We stopped for lunch and were very pleasantly surprised! The dishes are hearty, typical Corsican but not too special, rich flavors, good local products, the service is fast and the staff is very nice! Despite the road, the terrace is in the shade, lined with plants so you feel good there. In short, I recommend 100%. We had the lasagna (brousse, panzetta , the caramelized piglet (citrus sauce, chestnut polenta and small vegetables , the veal skewers (with homemade mashed potatoes , and the chicken penne (well served . ! For dessert the sorbets were delicious!

small friendly but rustic hotel. The staff is friendly and helpful. the buffet breakfast was correct and well served (young, bread, cereal, very good jams, coffee, tea, milk, etc. . the rooms are correct but the equipment is rudimentary (very small storage, the door being not very thick can be noisy in periods of strong influence. Thankfully, there is an extra heater that is a little cool at night. admit for a night for a couple where nobody alone

There were 4 of us for an impromptu lunch, BRAVO to the chef for the quality of his dishes and the generosity of his cuisine! On the other hand, pay attention to the service, bottle of local rosé served without an ice bucket, coffee and addition brought to the table before even having the desserts, very average, knowing that the restaurant was almost empty and at the first service.

Bon rapport qualité prix pour un restaurant touristique. Nous avons bien mangé : polenta à la châtaigne originale. Mention spéciale pour les échines de porc. Un délice ! Par contre porcelet un peu sec fiadone sans grand intérêt. Au niveau du cadre, c’est très exigu à l’extérieur et les tables sont trop rapprochées. Reserva una mesa ahora

Small stop at zonza. This little restaurant welcomed us with a big smile and tip-top service. A big thank you to the chef, her dishes were delicious. We recommend without hesitation. Thank you...the Myrtle liqueur as a little digestive to die for and homemade too

We ate one second time during our stay, so the dishes are delicious! cooked and simmered with care and all this served with lots of sympathy. If you go to zonza, take the time to eat in the alglon!
