A decent smoothie in Lake Orion. Has stopped to check it after picking up the shield. They're definitely here to annoy you. Before I could ask about flavors or information, I was bombed with sales information about a year of bomb and shake combo. I almost got both because I thought you'd get both. It's over to get a smoothie alone. It wasn't bad. Could definitely try the powder I'm not a fan of. But everything was okay. At $9 I can get a better smoothie from some other places, but it was even better than Tropical smoothie. I have heard negative things about the side effects of Herbalife, but I am sure if you do not replace meals every day and just a smoothie once in a while it is good.
I sent my husband up for a smoothie because I have a killer sore throat and I wasn't positive Tropical Smoothie was open yet. He said they are extremely high pressure, presumptuous and not friendly. Apparently this $11 smoothie came with some tea bomb too. If it tastes anything like this thing, I'll pass. Worst smoothie I've had. I can't taste any fruit, just powder. Disgusting will not be back. AND in reading the reviews I see their affiliation with Herbalife. No, not cool. Never going back.
Great Herbalife location! Very friendly and helpful staff. Let me shake without nut exposure (nut allergy). I have the poison tea and cookies n cream naked shake. Loved how the shake tasted like an ordinary Herbalife Shake in terms of texture and taste, but without the pudding and syrup components in it. Even better was that the combo was just $11. Some places calculate something more than that, so that was a big surprise for me.
Want a tasty healthy smoothie or quick pick up drink? You must stop by this family owned shop. Reasonably priced and so many delicious options! Be prepared to read and wonder what to have... This isn't your regular smoothie place. Herbalife based and made with a personal touch. Do yourself a favor and swing by for a real treat. I went for the Orange, Pineapple, Banana with extra protein. Yum!
