Undoubtedly, this restaurant serves the best fish and chips in the area. As someone who is very particular about their fish and chips, I can be harsher in my ratings compared to others because I grew up in a fish and chip shop and know what constitutes a good batter. There have been times when they are so busy that customers have had to wait outside. However, when they are this busy, their organization can become chaotic and their communication with customers suffers. So, if you're planning to visit on a Friday afternoon, I recommend calling ahead to place an order and save yourself some time waiting around.
really good fish and kartoffel cakes and dimmies and scallops and the souvlaki is also not too bad, but do not order the calamari coz it is not calamari! it's just torn **** and really tastes awful. Why do chip shops insist to use these...Orange chips? they are crispy, but they are not real kartoffel chips; I'd rather be the old fashion real kartoffel chip!
Old and smelly. You can smell the decade old oil the minute you walk in the door. Staff have no sense of customer service and you'll struggle to get a welcome, hello or a smile out of them the food tasted like the staffs attitude....... dull dry and boring. There is no love here at all. Lost me as a local unfortunately.
Great fish and chips, has the best souvlaki's in the area by a mile, despite the garlic sauce being on the strong side.Fish is amazing, chips are second to none.Scallops are good but contain like all fish and chip shops 60% Rowe.Everything we have had is good as it gets when eating on the cheap

we always make calls and ask dim sims and potato cakes to take to the beach. each time we ask, we can have made the potato cakes good as we like them crispy and they never delivered. we love her personally, so we never had a bad job from here.
The fried fish was delicious with a light and crispy batter. The potato cakes were also tasty. However, the chips were just okay, not as good as the fish and potato cakes. They were a bit hard, dry, and could've had better flavor.
so delicious, love the meat and generous portions given, all together with fresh salad, no overkill on salad, or garlic sauce, delicious pita brot makes it really satisfying. also the fish bites are worth a lot!
Ordered take away flake, it was 'slimy ' under the batter, couldn 't eat it. Won 't be going back unfortunately. It was a Tuesday and 'The Flakery was closed, which is always fabulous and fresh.

This restaurant has the best fish and chips in the area, but their outdated and inconvenient minimum EFTPOS limit is a downside. It's 2019, and most people don't carry cash anymore.
regularly order from here over eats and it is always perfect. the quality is great and everyone who loves a decent chip. that's the one.
