A first-time visit for us to the Lakefront Cafe, we stopped in for lunch during a recent 2-night stay in Harrison Hot Springs, and it was sure a fun, and enjoyable visit. The cafe is very small - with only three booth-tables inside, but each providing ample seating space for four adults (allowing a little more room for a couple of small children), plus, three small, round tables, for 2-3 seating outside — a rather ‘cool’, sort of retro-look inside, with several pictures of some music artists and film stars from their ‘younger-days’ of the 50’s and 60’s — a posted ’chalkboard’ menu (no written menus), you order at the service counter, choose a table, and the order is then brought to you.Servi...

We go to Harrison Hot Springs annually and we go to a few other restaurants in the area. But after checking out reviews, we decided to try this restaurant out. The conclusion is we would definitely come back here again.I ordered Eggs Benedict and Smoked Salmon with breakfast fries. My wife ordered the one piece fish and chips, which was fairly substantial. The fish was moist not dry, and the light batter on it made it very tasty. My two kids had grilled cheese sandwich, which had the right crunch to it. Also the homemade mushroom soup with large chunks of mushroom and chicken noodle soup with good pieces of shredded chicken, both hit the spot on a cool afternoon. The food definitely was bett...

Travel back in time to the 70's in this quaint little diner! Its a one man show, there are only like two "70's diner" style tables inside ... its evident to me that someone has taken a lot of care to give you a dining experience from the past. On top of that, the servings were huge and the price was great! The restaurant was clean, tidy and the service was excellent!

We were looking for a place that had gluten-free dishes and we happened to walk by the Lakefront Cafe which had a sign out that they had fish chowder - gluten free. We went in and were the only people there at the time. The fish chowder was excellent - it is the owner's own recipe and he doesn't use flour. My husband had chicken curry which was also very good.

My friend and I were looking for somewhere to have lunch and decided to try this when we walked by. Best choice we made. We ordered the house burger. Absolutely fantastic old fashion home cooked burger. It came with a fried egg that we didn't want so he added fries at no charge. Fantastic service exceptional food will definitely go back.

We had bacon and eggs here, with hash browns and toast. Everything was cooked just right, even the bacon was crispy without being hard. We sat outside on the sidewalk and it was very pleasant.

My first visit breakfast Easter Sunday morning. Two eggs Benny with ham and toast was absolutely awesome! Service was excellent would recommend this restaurant to families and couples.

We enjoyed the freshly prepared fish and chips at the Lakefront Cafe. The food was prepared well and in good time. Also recommendable for breakfast meals.

The owner was really kind and good, my wife and I enjoyed breakfast there. Also would good for the brunch. Small place but enough space for small group

Best Breakfast In Harrison - Small Restaurant Run by A great Korean Couple. He is a Vancouver Chef Who Has Moved To Our Small Village.
