This place has the potential to be great, but it's clear that the owners don't care. It seems they make enough revenue during the summer that they neglect both their staff and the establishment itself. Just look at the filthy doors! If that’s the first impression they give to customers, I can only imagine what the kitchen must be like. The men’s restroom has a urinal that’s coming apart. Overall, the place is merely average. As a local who wants to see this restaurant succeed, I’m disappointed by the inconsistency in the food. This place could be a home run but it’s evident the owners DO NOT CARE. It’s clear you make enough during the summer to simply not care about your staff or the place in general. Look at your damn doors they are disgusting! If that’s what you present to the public what’s your kitchen like. The men’s room has exposed screws by the urinal. Overall the place is average at best, as a LOCAL I’d love this place to thrive but food is always changing. Every time we visit there’s some sort of “issue” where the kitchen is “running behind” your staff is poorly trained. All those things could “maybe” be over Looked except it’s DIRTY! We stayed at the hotel next door and enjoyed dinner at the restaurant, followed by drinks outside on the deck. Everything was excellent, including the food and service. There was music playing outside, and the view of the lake was stunning.

The setting was amazing, overlooking Lake Michigan! We each ordered something different, and everyone thought their entrée was excellent.
