We came as guests of a member and were very disappointed. Our server offered a list of sodas and brought a Diet 7-Up rather than the Diet Sierra Mist I ordered. When we questioned the difference, she shrugged and said Same difference . No, no they are not; I prefer the drink I ordered. I 'm still not sure if she offered something they didn 't have and was trying to bring what she thought was the nearest thing, or if she just brought the wrong thing and didn 't care to fix her mistake. I've been visiting this restaurant with my family since the 1980s. It's a private club, so the atmosphere feels exclusive. The menu isn't extensive, but the food is delicious and reasonably priced, just like the drinks at the bar. On certain nights, they offer dinner specials, often featuring prime rib, which is quite good here. During holidays like Mother's Day and Father's Day, they tend to have a special limited menu as well.
Place is run like an unorganized sh8t show. Horrible service and wait time to get seated for a table was over 3 hours, with brainless hostess unable to provide wait times because it 's Overpriced Lobster Night . I don 't think she could even count or tell time, let alone manage a wait list! I pay $70 membership to be subjected to unorganized uncleanly chaos Not worth it!! The board needs to rethink the management and hire staff!

This place has some strict rules that seem a bit excessive. They require you to remove hats in the dining room, and you can’t be seated until all guests in your party arrive. Plus, no coats are allowed in the dining area? It feels more like a sportsman's club trying to act like an upscale restaurant. And to top it all off, they only accept cash. The food was just average.
The chicken tends to be dry, but the steaks and other specials are quite delicious. They should consider offering a variety of breads and rolls; the current rolls and biscuits are not very appealing.
Great food and service for this price point, if your looking for a gourmet meal you took the wrong turn. Been a member for 35 years and no regrets. The first review was hilarious.
