Lal Qila Restaurant

Terrible service saved by the above average food. Found the staff lacked interest completely. Not attentive in anyway or interested in helping us with menu. The food was nice but nothing amazing but in general a very disappointing experience. We were the first in there too and ordered starters when completely empty so the lack of care and attention was astounding. It was not really busy we we left either which made it worse.

Such a nightmare experience. This person Arfan claims that he is owner of the restaurent. Asked me to leave in 5 minutes just because they believe patrons should leave in 90 minutes. I asked him where it's written that I should leave in 90 minutes. Start misbehaving with me and said i will force you if you dont leave. I request everyone not to visit this restaurent.

They have obviously listened to the reviews as there are bottles of water on the tables and the staff are most welcoming Food is really good and quite different to the usual indian restaurant staples Pleasant atmosphere and the price is most reasonable BYO surcharge free Well worth going out of your way for

Have been coming to this restaurant for a few years. Food is always good. On last visit NO TAP WATER due to Covid!! Buy bottled water. With spicy and hot food lots of H2O required. Using Covid is a pathetic excuse and no justification as there is NO Dep of Health ruling re service of tap water.

Hardly any vegetarian food options in Buffet and they were also nearly over. Noodles replaced with potato fries for dinner.
