Lalibela Ethiopian And Cafe

on friday night i went to lalibela restaurant for the first time. we were a table of 4. the food is really really good. we ordered one vegan, 2 mix and 2 lamb, all of which were delicious. i especially loved the lentils. the interior décor has been done so well it really feels like you have travelled out of perth. the atmosphere is friendly and low key. it is cosy yet spacious. the owner is an extremely hard working and friendly man who takes great pride in offering authentic Ethiopian food to all his customers. by the way, you can also buy african spices from lalibela to use in your own home cooking. i will definitely be returning again :

Went with a group of friends for dinner and we all loved it. The dishes were tasty and served with generous helpings of delicious injera. We also ordered the spiced tea, which was just the best thing to drink after a heavy meal. The service was great, and the room was nice, cosy, and unpretentious. this was my first time eating Ethiopian food. it was so delicious that i kept eating even though i was full. it was genuinely a battle between eating more and stopping! would recommend. The food was absolutely amazing loved the lentil curries and the pillow soft injerra. Didn’t expect to find a place like this in Perth with really genuine Ethiopian food. Probably the best we’ve had outside of Africa. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5

Food was incredible and atmosphere amazing. Learned so much about Ethiopia from all the wall hangings as well. Loved the communal eating experience with the injera and all the curries. Will definitely be back ! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5
