among friends we have returned to "the Alsatian" brewery-restaurant ceded to a new team for more than a year.The cook, culinary art teacher, has not disappointed us: each dish being a just application of his high school master classes. be it the sauerkraut (really alsatian) - veal ris or a surprising fish trilogy - followed by homemade desserts worthy of a good pastry. the all well copied for a price (including wine) not exceeding 24 €Personal affable, active in this warm establishment.

An old setting, but a real nice welcome.At the table of the real and concrete, for lovers of real cuisine, feet of pigs in crepine, veal tick, black pineau slightly fresh, and a superb plate of fresh vegetables for the group vegetarian. A forced passage.

homemade dishes, good, well served for a reasonable price.Family friendly. You have to better book because many commercials frequent the place and you know that they are connoisseurs. We only eat there on noon.

I went a noon a week, the frame is pretty nice and the map interesting. On the other hand, meat was excellent and good service.Ideal for a lunch too long in the Valais.
