At the turn of a walk in the city of Arles, a couple attacked at the almond restaurant advises us this table, they describe it as authentic and non-tourist, with Moroccan and Provencal specialities. We let ourselves be seduced, the service is fast, warm and assured by a very pleasant lady and the little care for her guests. Prices are reasonable, we opted for the menu at 25€, including the insert-plat-dessert. The Arles sausage is served in generous quantity, the fish (loup de mer) is served with its fries, rice and sauce. Small dish for the sauce that is not seasoned enough for my taste, it lacks pepper and salt. For dessert, the pears/house almond pie is very good, and finishes the meal in...
A nice surprise! Arrival in the evening in Arles, I look at the map of this restaurant, which seems interesting and not too expensive. No chance the service is over. But the lady agrees to serve me. A very friendly and dedicated couple. The eggplants are delicious. The dish (thon, rice and ratatouille is composed and very tasty too, a true Mediterranean cuisine, with a good taste of olive oil! A good value for money (entrance and apartment for 15€, arrangers in brief I recommend this address!
An unpretentious restaurant held by a couple, in the dining room and in the kitchen. A Moroccan and Provencal cuisine at a time, a very successful meeting. The fish soup is divine, the superb eggplants and Moroccan desserts prepared by the beautiful sister a party. Thanks for the good meal.
