Food was more expensive than the last time I went. Used to be one of my favorite spots. They changed the menu and although I'm sure most of it is better the burgers were hard to eat and overly salty. Service was amazing as always. The bartender made perfect drinks. Had a great time there although they don't have much going on it seems. No more open mic night. And they didn't have any information on live bands. I think they still trying to build up a customer base after reopening. Fried pickles were amazing though. Wheelchair accessibility: You have to ask someone to open the back door that opens to the parking lot
The food was enjoyable, and the atmosphere was fantastic. However, I have a concern regarding our experience at this restaurant. On both of our last visits, we were not given a bill. Instead, the server simply informed us of the total. On one occasion, we handed her $40 for a $33 bill, and instead of asking if we wanted change, she just thanked us and wished us a good day, keeping the money. While we intended to leave her a tip, this approach doesn't seem like a proper way to conduct business.
I went for breakfast with my son and was pleasantly surprised to find my favorite bartender now working at this place! It took a little while for us to get served, but they were quite busy. My son and I both ordered the Breakfast Burger, which came topped with an egg and hash brown. We enjoyed our meals; both burgers were delicious!
I never thought in all my years living in Evansville that I would be saying lamscos has the best steak in town! The new owners know how to cook! Very comparable to house of como. Thank you guys for an great
