L'Ambassade - Reservar una mesa

L 'Ambassade is that rare thing, a restaurant that delivers exceptional food with outstanding service. There are several different menus to choose from, as well as the 'a la carte '. Two of us had courses from the 'Balade ' menu at 60 Euros and one chose the 'Decouverte ' menu at 50 Euros. As well as 'amuses bouches ' to enjoy (all with a crustacean and marine flavour to them), there was an excellent wine from the Languedoc region, before we started the main courses themselves. On the occasion of a friend dinner we could book a table at the restaurant embassy to which we gave our first visit. The entrance was quite strange because we were greeted by all the waitresses while the restaurant was completely empty. Later we ordered the whole of our menu that came to us gradually interspersed by soft mouths. In this regard the first were quite average, but the following rose to the level. Inputs and dishes were delicious for both taste buds and eyes. It is very pleasant to note that the chaining of plates is done very fluidly without the feeling of waiting. Our visit to this restaurant can best be summarized as an unpleasant journey back in time to a 90s office building, complete with open plan office furnishing and staff you would expect in such a building. The courses were severely substandard, totally out of balance and the wine list is extremely overpriced (and therefore uninteresting). This restaurant is unworthy of a mention in the Michelin guide (while, surprisingly, it has).

It was great to find such a lovely restaurant right on our doorstep. The food was tasty and imaginative and the service was excellent. One member of our party was a vegetarian and this did not present a problem something very rare here. I'll definitely be going back! Well worth a visit.

Venus eating tonight with my husband, the meal was excellent, each dish was a nice discovery and delicious. The welcome was hot and the staff was really at the top, especially at the time of cheese to advise us. The little chef's gift at the end of the meal was a plus

Fabulous from entering to leaving. The flavours, presentation, creativity wine selection and service was flawless. Remarkable gastronomic experience. Tremendous value for money. Can't wait to come back and to tell all our friends this is a must.

Very good restaurant, a very satisfying service with a good team. The atmosphere and food are very pleasant... certainly one of the best places to report quality prices of the regions! The wine map is very satisfactory too!

Possibly one of the best meals we have ever had. Attention to detail and taste of everything we ate was exquisite ans wines were excellent too. Thank you. Relaxed environment too. Worth every cent .
