L'Ambroisie - Reserva de mesa

One of the best French restaurant you can find in Mâcon but also one of the best value for money. Each dish is a creation and offers a unusual feature without a false note. The hotel master will be able to give each of your dishes with a wine among a selection of a hundred bottles sorted on the flap. The meats are smoked for several hours and offer an unforgettable taste. The room is composed of two parts, the window and the interior room. Think of leaving a tip to the servers because they know how to work and it is rare today in restoration.

towards the southern urban bridge, a pleasant restaurant where we dine under the veranda of two menus at 35,50 euros accompanied by glasses of organic red mâcon. in very good entry rillettes of rabbit and delicious nougat of goat pushed with spinach, original smoked beef with apple wood and its purée of potatoes, supreme poultry to chorizo. dessert, surprise with lemon yuzu and macaron cassis white chocolate. It's good, well presented, the products are fresh. a real gustative pleasure.

We took a menu at 34,50 euros, but to get what makes us want, we must add every time 4 euros...e.g. the beef net or the calf ri...I don't tell you about the supplement for the entries.Total. it quickly becomes a menu at 42 euros. aperitif wine. (37.5 cl)We have paid 120 euros to two.At this price, I prefer to go to a resto etoilé, it is more classy that says the meal was good.

Once in this restaurant, it was a success. Very nice and welcoming server. Refined and unusual kitchen (especially for strawberries with burrata foam with olive oil). The place is quiet and intimate.
