The level aromas are perfect: a set of contrasts with original, strong or light products knowingly and artistically assembled in a dish. For an explosive result in mouth, taste, textures, fragrances and yet so much balance ... In short, it's really very, very, good. Besides, the server is a real ninja. Discreet, smiling, available, ordered. He respects the order of arrival, does not let the empty plates hang on the table without pressure, and keeps an honest and friendly humanity that makes him want to talk to him. 2nd dinner at the emelyss, and we were not disappointed. the room is spacious, the tables well spaced, which makes it not embarrassed by the neighbors, the decoration is elegant. But the atmosphere is casual. the chef is good advice for the wines, and likes to explain what is on our plate. the evening map is restricted (3 admissions, 3 dishes, 2 desserts) and fortunately because the choice is already difficult! the dishes are very scented, and we can taste bold associations (espadon - chorizo tonight for example). the card changes every month to fit the season, but everything is always cooked with passion. In summary, the amelyss is a small restaurant that has everything of a great!

Just perfect! Forecast his evening because you should not be in a hurry to eat this delicious cuisine!! The bosses are beautiful, they explain their cuisine, wonderfully recommend the wine.
