Well, how did the concordia change with the credit of a man I think called pascal. we are at the mans for 3 weeks of work from the Irish and when we stayed here during week 1, the staff of the hotel restaurant was not friendly and had no English to say the least. After changing the hotel last week, we decided to return for another test. Well, week three in the mans, I can't blame the new manager, I think his name is notcal. He was too friendly and responded to the food needs of my friends. Hope that his knowledge of gastronomy and wine does not pass unnoticed. Je n'aime pas "casser" un restaurant mais il y a quand même des limites, parfois. Déjà le service est d'une lenteur... extrème ! Pourtant notre repas, commandé, pouvait être géré sans soucis. C'est un exploit de pouvoir prendre un apéritif ici ! Et cela ne sera pas mieux pour le café alors que la salle est vide...Du côté des assiettes, côté quantité on frôle la correctionnelle ! Mêmes les pommes de terre sont visiblement hors de prix en Sarthe ! La roquette n'a pas de goûts, le déssert est insipide, seul le Quasi de veau s'en sort mais je recherche toujours le Thym dans la sauce...La bâtisse est certes belle mais autant passer son chemin !
I recommend this high-end restaurant is so beautiful (of course one of the most beautiful restaurants of men), it is so good and especially the prices are so accessible to all. the dishes are of aesthetic quality, generous portions, we were called when we came back. fast service, welcoming staff. I highly recommend you to take the entrance with fat, I never ate so good. I'll be back without hesitation.
beautiful table and very varied menus. servers invested and very pleasant. very affordable prices with well executed products technically. a desire to open to a wider audience in the form of a gourmet brewery. I recommend this little restaurant that reinvents itself and deserves your support.

Super restaurant on y mange très bien et le chef fait une chantilly à tombé par terre merci à lui je le recommande à toute personne qui aime la cuisine fine
a classic restaurant with a nice setting just a few steps from the train station...we eat well for a very good value for money.
