After making a good trip to the city to find a restaurant other than a brewery, our choice focused on the Amphitryon and its menu "return of the rooms" at 30€. Ceviche, almost veal, financial or ice (excellent sorbet ananas basilic). More elaborate menus are offered at 52€, 71€ and 93€ The level is gastronomic with a classic service of good quality. Two remarks: -the cup of champagne at 14€ and the white wine with glass must be served fresher. - The financial man was mellow. A good address to remember!
You are viandard, you like to eat, and your palate with the sensitivity of a crocodile, flee it is not for you. You are epicurean, you love 'harmonicity and balance of flavors, 'imagination in the agreement of products remarkably worked. Then run. The leader makes a very beautiful work, worthy of a 1 star. Thank you for this very good culinary moment.
We enjoyed ourselves, a more than excellent meal, advised by a conscious and friendly hotel master with two young interns familiar with the service.
