We have known this restaurant for years and it has constantly improved. Very good value for money. The staff is very welcoming and you can feel the desire to pass on the knowledge of the owners to the apprentices. We can feel a great atmosphere among our employees. The quality of food is very, very good (I say not excellent because excellence does not exist). If you go through Chartres, do not hesitate to go there for lunch or dinner. You won't regret it.
