Lan City Hand Pulled Noodle

Very good Lan Zhou noodles. As you may know, the essence of Lan Zhou noodles is all in their soup base. This place does the soup well. According to the friendly waitress, they make brand new soup every night using fresh bones. My family got the beef brisket soup noodle. The briskets are so tender they literally melt in our mouth. Even my 70+ yr old dad with teeth problems could eat the brisket! My kids loved their regular sliced beef noodle soup. I also got their sweet and sour and hot cold noodle. It's very refreshing. The only thing I'd like to recommend future patrons to watch out for is the default noodle option is rather thick. Can be harder to chew, especially in cold noodle dishes. I would recommend thin cut version.

Small little place inside but absolutely amazing food! Can't recommend enough. Also the menus were incredibly descriptive with pictures and a blurb for each item. Everything had English translations so this place is perfect for people who are familiar with this cuisine and those who are trying for the first time!Vegetarian options: Everything that was vegan or vegetarian was marked for easy accessibility.

If you are looking for some good Chinese/Asian noodles, this is place for you. The restaurant is very clean. Staff is very friendly and great service. There are many noodles you can choose from. Also, you will find fried rice and some cheese dishes too. I want to try different noodles wheb I was there next time.Food: 4/5

Such a great place to eat. Today we enduleged in delicious Lion rolls then had the traditional beef Lo main with the knife cut noodles and my Husband had the Malaysian mee goreng so delicious ? ? ?Food: 5/5

No photo of the dumplings as we killed those instantly. Everything was so good. The place is super clean too. Yummy food, we will be back.Food: 5/5
