El Ana 'Gram abrió sus puertas recientemente en Pornic. El restaurante tiene unas vistas estupendas al pintoresco puerto de la ciudad. El tipo de comida es una cocina de bistro incorporando algunas recetas clásicas y con un toque creativo bastante interesante. El menú cambia cada mes, sin embargo, algunas especialidades, como la Port-au-feu de la mer o las ostras siguen ocupando un lugar privilegiado como especialidades de la casa. Si el pescado y el marisco son un referente en el Ana 'Gram, la carne es otra de los platos más codiciados de la carta: 'tartares ', carpaccio o buey con nuez 'parmentière ' están deliciosos!! En el Ana 'Gram la comida es abundante y la presentación se puede caracterizar por ser simple, eficaz y muy buena. Además, todos los viernes por la noche, puedes elegir un menú de sushi!! Por la variedad y el sabor de su cocina, tu elección en Pornic debe ser Ana 'Gram!!
As soon as we arrived the heavens opened but the huge umbrella saved us from being soaked. Lots of people moved inside but we decided to brave the weather it didn’t last long. Glad we stayed cause we had a lovely supper in clear fresh air. I have tuna with vegetables and spelt risotto. Rob had mussels and frites. Both delicious. Coffee very good and service friendly and helpful.
Had lunch there upon recommendation as most places on the seafront seemed very touristy and we were not let down, everything was nice, the food, the staff, the terrace. Every dishes we tried were tasty, service was professional, helpful and kind our waiter, Jeremy if I recall well, was great) the chocolate soufflé was out of this world, can’t wait to eat it again!
