A perfect last minute surprise. Booked en route with efficient late opening hours perfectly suited for traveling when late night cuisine is hard to find. A lovely welcome with unexpected and beautifully presented appertizers before an outstanding main course. The chef is an artist whose...attention to detail is exemplary. He picked up on individual tastes without prompt and responded by cooking incredible dishes that were not on the menu with incredible effect. We went to this lovely fresh new restaurant for a birthday meal. We began the evening with Kia Royale, I thoroughly recommend the Raspberry. Then we were served some delightful nibbles, followed by a first course of mousse of nettle, pea, mint with a slight...crunchy crumb. Working our way through some amazing tastes, to include red mullet, quail and veal. I thoroughly recommend this fine dinning restaurant, for an innovative introduction to good food, presentation and imagination. Supporters of the local community for local produce, which is very commendable. The parking area is outside of the venue, however there are plenty of available spaces, it's a little dark when leaving at night, so...

From the time we arrived into the restaurant, we were treated like royalty. The several entrée dishes we had were an explosion on the pallet. each dish was hard to say which were the better as all of them were so so fine. If you...appreciate Haute Cuisine, then this is the place to be. You will very quickly become a regular as each visit you will be astonished with what he has to offer. Absolutely amazing dining experience. No one in my party spoke French but it didn’t impact our experience in the least. The chef came out repeatedly to our table to see how we were doing, to explain the menu, and to recommend dishes to try. This...was even with a packed restaurant. The food was great too. We were looking for a unique French dining experience and we found it. It was truly top notch. It was an awesome experience. We will definitely be back to visit.
