For more than 20 years, I have come to the Etzenbach Farm Inn, then on a recommendation from a friend who stepped up the trout there as unrivaled in the region. He was right in all matters: At Andrea Dischinger, who is always warm and competent, and her husband Günter, who in the kitchen really proves a golden hand for fresh ingredients and unscrupulous 1A quality, we feel (my husband, friends and I) for years and again. The athmosphere is always pleasant, the salad in advance is one of the most tasty in the region...and when we come to the main food in a cool neighborhood, a holiday feeling is always there. The special thing about this inn: the quality is always the same over the decades, no vulnerabilities, always tasty potatoes cooked to the point (no matter how bad the potato harvest also liked)... Simply thank you for this service and the kindness and congratulations for the obvious success, which also shows that it is better to reserve beforehand so that the palate joy is really nothing in the way.
