Very good restaurant. The Appenzeller Cordon Bleu is probably the best Cordon Blue I've ever tasted. A really successful combination of the classic with local Appenzell delicacies. Old restaurant, clean and well decorative equipment. Nice and well prepared meals. Something bothers a little! The urinals don't have a flush, so the men's toilet is a bit strict, maybe it could be structurally improved. Food drinks: They are normal, good, freshly prepared ones Food (including vegetables!
