Hello you loved to make this hotel a wide bow, as it is just a complete nightmare! In mid-May we (my husband, my son, my grandparents had booked two double rooms (one with cot for 04-07.10.2013 and let us confirm this booking again on Sunday before our arrival date. Once after a long journey from the Ruhr area, we already met a completely overwhelmed to not say almost hysterical hotel owners and there was already the first problem: There was only one double room-ergo available, my husband, my son and I were allowed to enter a staff room (approx.12qm incl. „Nasszelle“ with a 120x200m bed, as we left my grandparents the double room with respect.
