a new pearl at the rande of the road we discovered on the way to home from the holiday. somewhere in the black forest, between offenburg and French town, we thought after 13 o'clock that they should take care of a local for lunch. usually only open until 14 o'clock, and often when they are looking, they can't find anything, just not here, between kilometer-long forest and have it. even if it should be friendly on the website, our experiences have not been met. Although we had asked for extra when booking, whether during dinner a vegan menu is also possible, which has been hunted and is also advertised on the website, we could only order the main dish and the intermediate dish, as described by the service as vegan. (from the normal cards that can also be found on the internet, we were not allowed to order) that would have been for us. unfortunately it was then a vegan-friendly cut, baked camembert. we then experienced unconsciousness what is now our problem. even at the breakfast there were hardly vegan eating. for this dinner and the breakfast then had to be paid 50€...
we have booked in the hotel adler pelzmühle from Monday to Wednesday (on the website via the book button) to hike and relax in the sauna. the booking with half board was also confirmed for both days. unfortunately we only found out that there is no dinner for hotel guests on Saturday (Monday). (despite confirmed half-board booking and no info on the website.) we also only learned when the sauna is closed on the rest day. there was no information on the website. incredibly nice staff, beautiful location and fantastic eating! are here for the last night of our holiday and have been anything but disappointed. my elders had the zander that was beautifully presented on the teller. I wish I could have taken a photo of it! my wobbly roast was divinely prepared, one of the best pieces of meat I have ever eaten. once again thanks for the hospitality, we will certainly come back when it hits us the next time.

we were on the way through and have arrived at the restaurant.Since my friend was vegan fed we were surprised that was also vegan on the map. she had a filled polenta and was totally enthusiastic. next time she will try the vegan garnelen.I had a (big) pump steak which was perfectly fried and of great quality.Whoever come back in any case.Very nice host family.
we were accommodated for 4 nights in the barrier-free double room deluxe beautiful terrace, large bedroom with living corner and large bathroom. we felt very comfortable and thank you to host family for the very attentive and friendly care. breakfast buffet was sufficient and the dinner was good. we like to come back.
super beautiful new room in the sun wing, completely large with beautiful view. the baths are fantastic and in the beds we have very well sleep! we had the sauna area for us. it looked very new and also very clean! we are happy to come back!
