In a somewhat remote place, offered for sale in a refrigerator in front of a farm inn, a surprising vegan vegetable bolognese, cooked by Melanie Mölzner with love, delicious and rich, a special pleasure. It doesn't always have to be meat! An offer that earns 5 stars.I recommend two vegan days a week, in addition a vegetarian. Meat may be consumed if the animals have a good life. It is a very good restaurant only with performance only on Sundays.but there is a cupboard with various late tender honey jams and other to buy.and compared to potatoes very good quality.
