we stayed on 20.10.21 with 4 people for lunch in the forge. pork roast with dumplings: the dumplings tasteless, without salt and cooked, the meat not fried, but probably only cooked and then roasted. cordon bleu with pommes: the pommes were cold and no longer crispy, meat just went like that.
