Then I take from the menu the goose skin with red cabbage and semmelknödel (16 Euro). The red cabbage has succeeded, also the dumplings and both come into an additional bowl. And the meat? The fact that this is so dry whatever happens, it does not happen and was not a pleasure. The decoration with the egg (face? was nice, but not even the geese fit. The Petersilie Bouquet deco is old baked. I came to this farm because I wanted to eat there. It was in no way a highlight and it didn't have to be. Since I was in the area, it was funny. I wouldn't drive extra there."
