Landgasthof Schöntag Steak House

We wanted to visit the Steakhouse at 8:45 p.m., which according to Google should have opened until 22:00 p.m. and then found on site that the steakhouse was completely closed in the basement. Well noted without info or other at the door ... there was also no card in the menu clip. When we went up the stairs again and went into the associated host house we were received anything but friendly. Two of the waiters sat with the other guests and received us with rolling eyes and eye. We were told that in the economy there would be the same food as in the steakhouse, but we already meet a closed kitchen at 20:45. We stayed in April 6 days with our family there, had two rooms, it was all very good, room, service and dinner. Excellent was the delicious breakfast, coffee super tasty, price performance right, the beds were super comfortable,we like to come back when it fits time, unfortunately the way from us is a bit far away. But we'll be back someday.

Absolute recommendation! Great hotel in perfect location right on Lake Starnberger. Beautiful clean rooms. Rich breakfast buffet. High quality food in the restaurant. Very nice hosts.
